+ 0 moreWhen we had an HVAC flood in our finished basement this September, AIG recommended we call Paul LeGrandeur with ServPro of Boston. We are so glad we did! Paul’s remediation crew was there the next day with the expertise, a skilled crew and specialized equipment needed to deal with black mold and mildew in our basement walls. It was contained and on its way out of our home the same day. ServPro made a bad experience bearable with fast, skilled, excellent service and no drama. The ServPro crews were on time, neat, curteous , and treated our home with care. One more thing- and this is a biggy in my book, Paul DOES NOT HESITATE to answer his phone- how common is that with businesses now adays ?! I highly recommend Paul and his crews- an A++ company to work with when the unexpected happens!
