Description of Work: emergency house call to free a jammed garbage disposal and clear the kitchen drain pipes

Description of Work: I hired them to repair a leaky faucet in the bathroom. It was for my condo that I had new tenants moving into. They told me I did not have to be there for the repair. When the tenants moved in the faucet was still leaking. I received a bill for 2 hours of work which I thought was a little steep. They came back to try to fix it again but it still leaked. They called me and left a message and I returned a call and left them a message which was never returned.

Description of Work: I HIRED S&S PLUMBING ON A TIME AND MATERIALS BASIS TO RE-PLUMB A 104 SF AREA. MY GENERAL CONTRACTOR STRIPPED THE AREA DOWN TO THE DIRT WITH THE WALLS AND CEILING OPEN. THE PLUMBER WAS TO MOVE THE TOILET DRAIN AND WATER LINES FOR A NEW FLOORPLAN THAT WAS PROVIDED. ALL NEW BATHROOM AND KITCHEN FIXTURES WERE ON-SITE. THURSDAY, THE FIRST DAY, THE LEAD PLUMBER REVIEWED THE JOB WITH THE OWNER OF S&S AND PICKED UP MATERIALS. FRIDAY HE AND ANOTHER PLUMBER PERFORMED THE WORK. THE FOLLOWING WEEK AFTER A SUCCESSFUL ROUGH PLUMBING INSPECTION, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S CARPENTER RETURNED, POURED A CEMENT SUB-FLOOR, FITTED NEW JOISTS AND LAID A PLYWOOD SUB-FLOOR. FOLLOWING THIS FOUNDATION WORK, FRAMING OCCURRED. ONCE THE FRAMING WAS DONE IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT THE TOILET ROUGH-IN WAS OFF AN INCH. SINCE IT WAS NOW NO TRIVIAL MATTER TO RELOCATE THE TOILET DRAIN, I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF S&S ON TUESDAY MORNING ABOUT THE MISTAKE. 24 HOURS LATER I NOTIFIED S&S THAT THEY WERE OFF THE JOB.
