The quote was accurate and work was done in orderly, timely fashion. We are very happy with the work performed and the work was completed in about a week, just as estimated. Danny took the time to explain exactly what was being done, and why it was necessary for repair. Also added some additional bolts from porch to house, and secured everything in place. Overall, great job.

Danny and his helper, Joel, were absolutely great. They demo'd and rebuilt my bathroom from floor to ceiling and they were always punctual, helpful, neat, conscientous and were there everyday from the start until they finished. The workmanship is terrific and Danny made some great suggestions that made the results even better than I had hoped. I will definitely use themagain for other projects I am anticipating.

Wow! We were incredibly fortunate to find Danny. His workmanship is very impressive. He worked on Bob Villa's home in Cambridge (google 'Ruffini Bob Villa' to see videos) so we thought he'd be expensive but he gave us one of the lower bids of the four contractors we talked to. He only does one large job at a time so we had his full attention. He showed up every day, on time. He answered 90% of our calls and always returned the call within the hour the other 10% of the time. When work was being done he was always involved which was great because we only communicate with one person. He was always on top of things even when we made last minute changes we didn't have to remind him of them. And he priced those changes very fair, usually only charging for the difference in material. I was very pleasantly surprised a number of times at the relatively small additional cost for some relatively significant changes. Honestly he treated our project as though it was his own home he was working on. He clearly cared more about the final product than he did about increasing his profit. And he was very gracious to my neighbors (he went so far as to take one neighbor's trash which the garbage truck missed because he was parked in front of it). He is very neat and orderly and very meticulous (if you see his truck you'll be stuck by this immediately). Great traits for a contractor because he notices the most minute detail and takes painstaking steps to correct it. The front of my house and sidewalk have never been as clean as they were while Danny was working here. Most importantly Danny is a great guy. My wife and I had our second child during this project and Danny went out of his way to make sure we didn't have to. We were nervous about having too much going on with a new baby and fairly major renovation but it was a breeze. We miss having Danny around but we love looking at the front of our home and hearing our neighbors comment that, "it looks amazing."
