I had some back and forth scheduling a time with the dispatcher, after which Claudio just scheduled a time with me himself and came out on a Sunday. He assessed and fixed the problem right away.

This was the second job that Claudio came over for and he was amazing once again. He was on time (actually early), very professional and did a great job. My water heater was working again I’m no time without any issues. He explained the work he did and the cost for it and even cleaned after himself. He even cleaned up after the plumbers who were there earlier! Great quality and service and highly recommended to anyone for electrical work.

Set an appointment for a week away. They called to verify the appointment the day before but I wasn't home, so they left a message. I tried to return the call but their inbox was full. Their other phone number had no outgoing message to tell you it's the right number. In fact, it diverted to some other number which sometimes just asks for your password. These folks need to have a *working* dedicated business phone line. Because they couldn't confirm the appointment, the electrician never showed up to give me an estimate for the job. On the other hand: Kerry from Quick Response called me a little after I failed to leave a message on my fourth try. She was apologetic and promised to check their phone lines and get them working again, so maybe your experience will be better. Given the difficulty of reaching them, I decided not to hire them.

Claudio was amazing, he came in the evening within a few hours of our call. We had a serious problem with our main breaker and he was able to replace it immediately. And then make a plan for additional work. In subsequent visits he was always punctual and gave really detailed explanations of the work and took great care to make sure it was thorough. We have solar and our provider needed to make a repair as well. Claudio checked their work to make sure it was carefully done. He provides a warranty for big jobs which gives me great peace of mind too! I will hire him each and every time I need electrical work done!!

I called Claudio from Quick Response and he came right away. Claudio walked through my second floor with me and explained knob and tube wiring. I had to have him demo all of the all knob and tube wiring. He supplied all of the new recessed lights and trims, shower light, and exhaust fan for the bathroom. After he was done. I was extremely pleased with the entire project! Very neat work! I would highly recommend Claudio!

After leaving messages with two other electricians and getting no call back I tried Quick Response. I got a call back within 24 hours of my message and that weekend I had an estimate and the work (outlets) was started. Claudio and his team were professional, courteous and accommodating. With these kinds of jobs my experience is that the estimates are just that and that the final cost ends up being somewhat more than initially thought. Our house is old and the electrical is quirky and some unexpected difficulties came up, but despite these the final cost was exactly what had been quoted. In summary, the work was done promptly, efficiently and for the price that was quoted. I will certainly be calling Quick Responses for any electrical work that I may need in the future.

I have had an "electrical mystery" for a while with some lights going on and off and it was hard to get someone out here. Having seen the good reviews for Quick Response Electrical Service on Angie's List, I thought I'd give them a try. Claudio Oliveira lives up to the name of his business, and even though I contacted him this morning and he said he had a lot of calls to make, he agreed to try and get out to me this afternoon. He arrived earlier than I thought he'd make it, was very professional, assessed the problem (including some very old wiring), and found a way to restore my lights. He replaced an old outlet and also offered advice on a better solution to the problem, an expense I can't manage just now, but may do so down the road. He was more than reasonable in what he charged for the short-notice visit today. I would definitely recommend Claudio and will call him again if I need a Master Electrician.

Claudio is willing to work after 5 p.m. and on Saturdays which is great. I had asked whether I should purchase the fan or if he wanted to buy it and he told me to go ahead and buy it. He arrived early for an appointment on a Thursday at 5 p.m., told me that the fan I had purchased was not good and too small. He left and sent me by text 4 models that would work for me. The one I originally chose was less expensive online than through his supplier, so he told me I could purchase it online. But I changed my mind when I read the reviews of it online. I purchased another one of the models he suggested. He did not tell me that if I purchased the fan myself, his job would not be under warranty. He told me his labor would cost $585, that he does not charge by the hour, but by the job. He said this job could take him 2-4 hours. Because I wanted to get this done, I agreed to pay him the $585 + the cost of the fan. Claudio arrived Saturday afternoon to install it. The fan he had suggested to me was again too small. But he seemed to be in a hurry, so he said he would make it work. He installed the fan and turned it on. It seemed to work, although it did not look like a job well done, especially for that amount of money because the fan was too small and you could see where the other fan had been and the grill didn’t lie flat on the ceiling. Claudio told me to get foam installation and spray it myself to close the gaps. I ran to the hardware store that minute and gave it to him to do. There are still gaps. I asked him if he still wanted $585 for a job that took him only one hour, and he accepted $425. He said he would email me a receipt. I took a steamy shower the next day and the fan did not seem to work. My bathroom was much steamier than it had been with my old fan (which no longer worked!). When I texted him and told him it seemed to work worse than my broken fan he, told me it wasn’t his fault and that he just installed the fan. I also told him that I resented the fact that he seemed to blame the fact that I had gotten a fan too small on me. He said that since I had purchased the fan, it was not under warranty and that he would charge me for a service call to look at the fan again and sort of “yelled” at me by text. In the end, I’m pretty sure that the fan does work. It’s just different than what I’m used to, but it definitely does not look good for that amount of money. Claudio never emailed me a receipt.

Let me start by saying how pleased I am that I found Quick Response Electrical Services on Angie's List. Claudio responded almost immediately after my initial call, which I found impressive. Claudio and his team installed a 3 meter new electric service box, new electrical panel I also had 10 recess lights installed on my porches. Claudio and his team were neat, cleaned up after job, professional, timely, knowledgeable and honest. Looking forward to working with him again soon.

Claudio came within an hour of my call, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and with a friendly attitude. He exuded competence. He made sure that I understood that there was a $225 charge for emergency service (plus the cost of the fix), which I was happy to pay because I was expecting guests within 24 hours.

The service provider was the first to respond (almost immediately) to my request for help to put in an electrical outlet. He arrived timely, quickly assessed the best way to get the job done and was very informative throughout.

Claudio was wonderful! We bought a house that the previous owner did a lot of his own electric work (!!!) and there were some updates that needed to be done. Claudio was able to install a 200 amp panel in the house, set up plugs for a washer/dryer, rewire outlets throughout the house and for in-wall appliances, and fixed a large fan in the living room. He was willing to work all day on a Saturday with two others to complete the job fast for us, he did it well and for a fair price. We would love to re-hire him in the future if we need anything.

Amazing. It took me six months to find an electrician to come out to do multiple small jobs in my 150 year old home. Claudio was amazing. He was on time, professional, and efficient. He repaired a Restoration Hardware pendant light that was one of three. He replaced, repaired the outdoor deck lighting. He repaired and replaced three pendant lights and did rewiring of some old knob and tube wiring. Then, I bought a showroom model Gaganeau oven on Ebay and he replaced our broken oven with a nearly new one for a fraction of the price of a new one. Best electrician I've ever worked with.

Claudio's wife was very friendly in setting up the appt and Claudio was on time in the 2 hour given window. He assessed problem as being a broken switch and replaced it with a newer model. He was professional and easy to work with. Rate was appropriate.
