+ -1 moreJOE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND DID FANTASTIC WORK. DESPITE AN INCREDIBLY BUSY SCHEDULE, HE WAS WILLING TO FIT US IN ON SUNDAY NIGHT SO THAT WE COULD GET THINGS DONE IN ADVANCE OF OUR OPEN HOUSE. HIS ESTIMATE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN ANY OF THE OTHER FOLKS WE SPOKE WITH, AND HIS WORK WAS GREAT. WE HAD SOME MISCOMMUNICATION AND TWO MISSED TENTATIVE APPOINTMENTS, BUT ULTIMATELY WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.
