We are very pleased with Ray's team work. They did a great job installing the cement board despite the very cold weather (jan-feb). The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better.

Ray Peguero and company are great to work with! They were professional, on time, good at communication and the cost was responsible. We would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

Initially, we were contacting multiple companies to replace our windows, skylights, and siding. Not only was Peguero Construction one of the first to contact us, they were able to answer any questions we had. When Ray came out to measure to provide an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel rushed or that he was just there to make money. When the day came for window installation, the team worked fast and cleanly. When they left they cleaned up and left no trace behind. This is one of those companies that makes you feel like you are their only customer. They always answer your messages efficiently and you feel like you've known them forever.

Everything went according to how it was presented in the estimate, which seemed almost too good to be true as they offered to do more work for less cost than expected. Quality work. Ray and his crew were good to their word. The only delay was the weather. One roof was next to our church and could have complicated the work and clean up. But they handled it expertly, leaving the enclave between the buildings cleaner than before.

It went great, The owners Ray and Kevin were great to work with. They completed everything that was promised and the job looks beautiful. The workers on the team also did an excellent job. There was a contractor that was working on a house across the street and watching their work closely and said to me "the next roof he puts on he would surely use Peguero Construction". There also was an unforeseen insulation problem that Ray and Kevin went above and beyond to resolve.

Things we especially liked: 1)the presentation that Ray & Esteban did. They showed us the quality and the technical details of the job 2) your company was the only one to look into the attic and find out the ventilation problems- we can feel that the house is already cooler inside 3) I could see that you were as good as your word, someone was there carefully watching the work 4) your company showed real integrity throughout the whole process

Peguero Construction removed and replaced my large complicated roof this year. They corrected many issues from the previous installation while they were here and I’m so pleased with the look and function of my new roof. The work and cleanup were complete within 2 days and the process was smooth and well communicated.

Peguero Construction installed Craneboard siding to own home and we are very pleased with the results. They completed the job timely and as promised. They were always responsive to questions or concerns. The crew was efficient and cleaned up daily. We would gladly recommend them and use their services again if needed.

We had sort of an emergency and they came right over (within 2 hours) and put a patch in place. Because of their responsiveness, I asked for a full roof quote. They quickly put that together, reviewed it with me, and made great suggestions throughout the project. They highlighted some other areas of concern and quickly addressed them as part of the project. Very happy with their work.

Great! Ray came out, gave me an estimate, talked about some potential problems and what could be done about them. We agreed what needed to be done on the project. His guys came out on five days (in not great weather) and worked very hard and did a fantastic job! It looks beautiful! I highly recommend them.

I would have done this 5 times over. I have referred them to all my friends and family. I consider them part of our family and will have them by to some of our cookouts. For the first time we found a contractor that was upfront, honest and fair. They listened to what we wanted. They didn't try to upsell us or sell us crap. The products are excellent and look amazing. Every question was answered any time of the day. The crew worked all day in the hottest weather and never stopped. All this only took a week and we have a brand new house. You won't find a better contractor.

These guy's did everything they said they would in exactly the time frame given to us. Everything went super smooth and I'm extreme satisfied with the finish product. Special thanks to Ray. I will definitely be in contact when it's time for siding on my house!

Peguero Construction recently installed siding on my Concord home, and they did some amazing work; in fact, they transformed my home into a thing of beauty. I am a hard customer to please and rarely write reviews, but this company is truly worthy of praise. I gave them a 5-star rating. I highly recommend that you get an estimate from them before signing a contract with an inferior company that won’t provide the same level of customer service this family run business provides. They pay attention to detail and do all the upfront work needed for a successful transaction. They go over all the components of the job, so everyone is on the same page before the job begins. When something goes wrong, they also go the extra mile to make things right. For instance, when one of their sub-contractors inadvertently left my AC unit on due to a simple wiring issue, Kevin came out after midnight to turn the device off so my family could sleep soundly - just as you will sleep too when you hire Peguero Construction for your next project.

Ray and his son Kevin are a friendly and professional duo. The old roof on our very old historic home was flaking off onto the lawn, so we couldn't wait any longer to replace it. They exceeded our expectations. Once we committed to hiring them, they jumped into action. Within about a week, the pallet of roofing materials got delivered, and their large crew showed up promptly the next morning and jumped into action. When they discovered that a portion of the plywood base under the old roof was falling apart, they drove straight to the local lumberyard and bought replacement materials like it wasn't a problem (and charged us a very reasonable upcharge). Their crew was FAST, and I watched in amazement as they ripped off the old roof and replaced it with a nice new one with a 50 year warranty. By the end of the day, they were almost complete, which was awesome, because it started to rain. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and did a nice job cleaning up. I totally recommend them.

We were looking for a local, family-oriented small business with competitive pricing, and after getting quotes from 6 or 7 contractors, we ultimately settled on Peguero Construction for siding, windows, gutters, and door installation. Prior to hire, Ray and Kevin explained everything they were proposing in great detail – it was clear they knew what they were doing. They did. There were no issues with ordering and installation – none! Their communication was great – they responded immediately any time we called. There were no budget or timeline surprises – they were completely on target, and even did a couple of extras to make things look just right. Their crew was very respectful of our property (and the fact that we were working from home), hard-working, skilled, and friendly. Clean-up was daily and impeccable. We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Peguero very highly and will definitely reach out to them again in the future. You will be doing yourself a favor by calling them.

Very smoothly and quickly from start to finish --- both the father and son are very sociable and friendly with a great down to business attitude also. Protected porches - plants etc around the yard --- clean up was very thorough. Peguero Construction Was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Their work is high Quality at the best price !! From the Initial estimate, All the way through the Job performed, and through final clean up. Ray and his son were very professional, Very nice people, A pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend them we will absolutely hire them again for future projects. From the first, Peguero Construction was professional, friendly, informative, and gave us several options for our siding decision. They even took the time to come to our home a second time with samples so we could get an idea what the different options would look like. They provided us two different estimates as well. Once we decided to hire Peguero, they immediately ordered the siding, and within only a few days the crew was out to do the job. Everyone we met was personable. They worked hard and did the job in a day and a half. At the end of each day, all the debris was taken away. When the job was done, we were thrilled. We went with a faux stone siding that Peguero suggested and, wow, is it ever beautiful. We gave the company an A rating and they deserve it. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
