Michael Brown, was late and never called and when he arrived he took out the old furnace and damage my daughter's wood floor. then He left again to go get his friend and left again to get a jack and return and then left an hour later saying they were going to get a sandwich and didn't get back for another hour and half saying he had to get a light from his house. After hours of him still not being finish by the time my daughter came home she had to talk to him. Said he was sorry and he was having a hard time because he never worked on this type of furnace and that he would knock some money off. By 8:30 pm my daughter had enough she told him she had enough and asked him for the paperwork for the furnace he said they were in his truck but instead he took off. My daughter called him and he said he had to go home and get the papers. he went out side to his truck and took off. Very unprofessional.

He is great! Traveled in rush hour traffic over 2 hours to help us since our fridge had been out 2 WEEKS and we were getting the run around from another provider. He rush ordered a part then made us a priority for when it arrived. He was very knowledgeable.

It went very well. He was referred to me by the manufacturer. The person before him who was also referred by the manufacturer did not return my calls. He was very efficient and the price was very good.
