Response time, diagnostics, communication, and service in general has always been excellent. When our restaurant is exceptionally busy, the techs have been able to continue their work without interruption our operations. Our emergency service calls have gone down from four or five a year when we first started using them to two last year.

Twice, on an emergency basis, at an affordable cost, Patriot responded to our calls of "no heat." The furnace is aging and they had all of the necessary parts on hand. The technician was prompt, competent beyond description and the price was right. I have a hostile tenant in the house and there was some indication he was tampering with the heating system in order to avoid paying rent. Patriot technicians dealt with this difficult person, gave me the information I needed, kept their professionalism through the ordeal and made a permanent fix for the problem. When I need a new gas furnace, my first call with be to Patriot Mechanical Services of Natick, Mass. The owner followed up with more detailed information. I found them on google and was desperate. I simply could not be happier. I would recommend them for air conditioning systems as well. They have a loyal customer in me!

We needed a new heat pump for our house. We had them replace it. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. In the spring when we used it for the air conditioning, it wouldn't work. They tried to charge us more to fix it.
