PAGE EXTERMINATING SVC

I obtained multiple opinions/estimates. Page Exterminators was the highest, but also the only exterminator to offer a combination of both liquid barrier and bait stations. They arrived on time and spent about 3 hours at the house trenching the outside, spraying inside locations, and installing 6 bait stations. I have no guarantee or warranty beyond this season. I will only know if I have termites again if I see swarmers next spring. This is the first time I've seen them in 17 years in the house. The plus is that I don't have an annual contact/fee for them to "maintain." They will only come out if I need them in the spring.

9/27/12 My management company had contacted Page Pest to come out and look at the problem we're having. They left me a message to set up an appointment. When I called back, I spoke to the rudest, most unprofessional human being! At the time, I believed I didn't have a choice because this is whom our management company deals with (not for long!). Anyhow, I explained to the rude person on the phone that I didn't appreciate his tone. He apologized (in a rude manner) and set up the appointment for 10/6 as that was the first Saturday they had available. 10/6/12 - Page Pest was suppose to show up between 9a-12p. They never showed and didn't call! When I tried to call them, the office was closed. So I waited until Monday. 10/8/12 - Called and spoke with the owner. He apologized and said he was going to take care of it. He took down my information and said his guy will arrive between 8a-11am. I figured, I'd give them another chance. At this point I also filled in my management company what was going on and told them that I was giving Page one more chance. 10/13/12 - At 11am when they didn't show up. I called the office and got the rude man again on the phone. When I said who I was and asked why haven't his guy showed up. He started to raise his voice at me. He said that his guy called and rang the bell but no one answered. When I reconfirmed my address and phone number: 1. His guy went to the wrong building - he went to B not A. and 2. He had the wrong phone number. When he realized he was wrong, he started rasing his voice again to say, "Well my guy is at the next appointment and it will be awhile." My response: "This is the second time , for one reason or another, you people haven't shown up. WE'RE DONE. Thank you and Good Bye." My advice, stay far away from these unprofessional, rude people!!!!

The fee depends on what services they provide. The come out and help me, and they also offer a guarantee. You can call them back with in a certain amount of time, and they don't give you a hassle. They are accommodating, around my work schedule. I have used them for a while. One time, there was a mouse in a trap, and I didn't want to pick it up, and they came right out. Another time, I had another mouse in a trap. I put the sticky thing on top of it, and then I dropped the whole thing. When I tried to pick it up, it pulled the tile off the floor! I called Page, and they came right out to help me. They must think I'm nuts because I'm always calling them! I haven't compared their pricing. They are very understanding, don't make fun of you, and honor their guarantee. I will always use them.
