+ -1 moreThe repairs needed for my stove weren't correct, leading me to buy a new one that wasn't needed. The problem turned out to be the electrical outlet, not the stove.
Description of Work: I had a stove top that wouldn't work, though the oven did. I had them come to check it out and hopefully repair it. The repairman told me that it would cost more to repair than replace. I took his advice and got a new range; however, when it was installed we found out the problem was with the electrical outlet not the original stove. His misdiagnoses ended up costing significant money that didn't need to be spent.

+ -1 moreI phoned Garett to see if his company might be able to help with a problem I was having with my Bosch washing machine. I left a detailed message, including the model number of the machine. Garett returned my call within the hour to let me know that while his company did service some Bosch machines, this particular one was not in their repertoire. Given that many contractors don't return calls at all, I was impressed that he took the time to call me back even though he knew he would not be able to help. He was pleasant and clearly pays a good deal of attention to customer service. For obvious reasons, I did not work with One Call Appliance, but I would not hesitate to call Garett in the future based on my experience.
Description of Work: Repair of a Bosch front load washer.
