This guy was amazing. He not only knew what every little detail of what he was talking about but he explained it in laymen's terms. Was impressed by the knowledge and thoroughness. He pointed out things that would be a concern for him and conversationally explained what I could do to work on them. Best part was that he gives a book on how to run your house at the end. Made me feel like I just completed a training course on my own house. Stand up guy, 10/10

Northeast provided us with a comprehensive building inspection report. We also received a very helpful 300 page Homeowners Manual. This manual was backup material for our inspection report as well as a reference guide for our home.The results of the inspection were recorded for hundreds of items and told us what the inspector observed, and what problems were found. My family and I had been looking for a home for quite some time. We've had 2 offers accepted and used NEHIS for both. They are very prompt to respond to emails and scheduling appointments. NEHIS was on time to the inspections and always had another inspector in training with them. They were incredibly thorough and explained everything they saw. They started from the outside of the house and works his way in. They climbed on the roof when able to. Every outlet, window, and switch were tested. They crawled into the tight spaces in the basements and attics. Their reports are well laid out and explained what they were looking for as they were doing it. They stayed in constant communication during the process and because of NEHIS' thorough review, we did not purchase the first home with issues that were way too expensive. I would recommend NEHIS to anyone. We couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience.
