Someone came to measure and promised screens within 4 to 6 weeks. 4 moths later still no screens. Called periodically during this time and was always promised calls back ? "let me check with the factory" ? which never came. Last straw after going through someone else at the same company other than the salesperson I had been trying to deal with resuled in a return call at the end of the week promising installation at the beginning of the following week (09/24/2012). Reached out again on Wednesday via email to corporate address this time when I heard from no yone and again got no response or call back.

A few weeks after the installation, we noticed that the insulation was ripping off. We called the Company. They tried a few quick fixes, which resulted in one window not opening anymore. Since that time (2+ years), they have been extremely unresponsive. Their new strategy now is to blame the builder on the reason why the windows don't work properly, even though they acknowledged at some point that the hinges were not strong enough to support the weight of the windows. Their windows look nice on paper but I woudl recommend people don't buy them if they plan on being able to open them.

THEY NO CALLED NO SHOWED ONCE WHEN FINISHING WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO SEAL THE WINDOWS. GOOD CLEAN UP. PERSONABLE WORKMAN. THEY SUB OUT THE INSTALLATION. IF THE COMPANY INSTALLS YOUR WINDOWS, ASK FOR MARK!
