MUISE & DAUGHTERS

Description of Work: I contacted this company several times with questions and answers to his questions (Ray). Although I had high hopes it often took over two weeks for a response. I started communicating with this company back in October and they looked at the property for snow removal a few weeks later. I sent clarifications of the job "Just the sidewalk but could you also let me know what the stairs would be?" I stated I don't want the driveway done but the individual tenant would be liable for that decision. The tenant in question was in hospice and I couldn't speak for the individual so I obviously wanted the sidewalk done but I did gete a note a or so day before a large snow storm and as I had not heard from Muise & Daughters I already contracted with a few friends asking M&D to get back to me (it's been 1- 1 1/2 weeks) with still no response. I send a final letter (email) giving direct the impression that I was going to continue looking elsewhere on Angie's list. It was like sending smoke signals with the back and forth questions even as I received a response "just exactly what was it I wanted?" I asked just send a contract and I'll submit it for approval but I never received one.

Description of Work: They shovel our snow for us.
