Mold Test Company North East

When I called the mold company for my lab results. They gave me a person named Ricardo Echeverria, Senior Mold Analyst to call for the results. He verbally told me that the cause was something like a remodel, construction going on. There was a red flag for a VOC called Methylene Chloride--Banned outdated paint. I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024

The response from my request was followed up quickly and efficiently. The person who came did a thorough job and explained everything in an easy to understand way. The final report was comprehensive and the analyst who called to explain it answered any remaining questions.

The inspector was prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He was able to pinpoint the cause of our issue and offered suggestions on how to deal with it. It was well worth the money for the peace of mind alone.

The guy who came out was fine. Gave me some good suggestions. The person who explained the report to me not so much. I made notes and then sent the report to someone else in the industry to review. He took the guy to the task and said his comments to me were nonsense. They are also in bed with a remediation company that they get on the phone with you right away to sell you a DIY remediation kit. He lost me when said their air scrubber would kill the COVID 19 virus. I sent his email also to the previously mentioned person who agreed that it is a scam with scare tactics. I have to assume that the text itself and the results were accurate. Too much money and too many scare tactics. Nonsense.

They were quick and thorough and knowledgeable and tested air inside and out and then recommended mediation. They don’t do that so there’s no conflict of interest. They recommended a company but left it up to me.

The technician did not seem to really know what he was supposed to do. We had to call the main office for instruction. At that point I lost confidence. When the results came back, I got a call from a fast talking salesman who sounded like he just wanted to sell me chemicals. He transferred me to a company that sells chemicals for eradicating mold. However, my mold levels were not particularly high. The salesman continued to try and sell me high priced chemicals. I just stopped taking his calls. I was not happy at all with this company. I would not hire them.

Quick, highly professional testing. Logical explanation and objective advice for intervention. Can't recommend highly enough.

They were good and their customer service was the best. They arrived on time and delivered report in a timely manner too. They provide competitive prices and took extra time to thoroughly explain the report over the phone. Out of all the companies that I called, they were the only one to answer the phone with a live person. Everyone else went straight to voicemail.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I don't have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still don't have results and it has been 14 days- can't get anyone to respond to email- can't leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .
