Got Bill's name from here, called him, got a friendly and prompt response. He came and looked at the site, named his price on the spot and came to do the work as soon as was statutorily possible. He did a neat job and was pleasant to meet and to work with.

Made the call to asbestos removal....within a day or so the return call was received. The work was commenced and finished in one day with a total cleanup after the asbestos was removed. I asked for some sort of paperwork stating that the work had been done, and within a couple of days through the mail, I received documentation that had to be filed with the Commonwealth of MA. It is indeed a job well done, and for what we appreciated to be a very fair/inexpensive price. I would not hesitate to call Asbestos Removal at any time for advice, work, or gardening advice.. You might consider this last comment a bit funny, but in talking to Bill, we recognized each other as gardeners. What a hoot!

Minot (Bill) arrived at the agreed-upon time for inspection of the property which would allow for the estimate. After looking over the job, Bill gave a verbal estimate, stating the having been in the work for such a long time, he could look at a job and know what it would take to have the work completed. He told me that he had to file necessary legal documents with the appropriate authorities and it would be 10 days before he could start the work (legally speaking). With all of that in mind, we agreed upon the date and so it was set! The night before the job was to begin, Bill called to tell me the time he would be arriving (8:30am) . You could set an alarm clock by his punctuality! After presumably a hard day at work, the job was done, and the aboding asbestos was gone. Money paid for getting rid of this hazard was well-worth it and I would not hesitate to call him if there ever developed a problem for which he was suited. He did what I consider to be a great job, at a Very Reasonable Price and now my headache is gone. Hip Hip Hooray for Minot Asbestos Removal.

My husband and I were enthusiastically poised to begin the total renovation of a nearly 100 year old home. The project came to a screeching halt during the first (demolition) phase when asbestos was found surrounding heating pipes throughout the house!! My experience with Bill Felins of Minot Asbestos could not have been better from beginning to end. He responded to my call (plea!) immediately and came out the very next day. In all fairness, so did the other 2 people I called. Bill's quote came in the lowest. He moved quickly to fill out necesssary paperwork for DEP and DOS notification. No work can be done until 10 working days have passed after this is filed. Despite it being just a few days before Christmas, Bill started work at the earliest possible hour on the 11th morning in FRIGID working conditions. I think it was 12 degrees and felt much colder. To make things worse, because of the scope of the project, we had had the water turned off and there was no heat in the house! Bill came prepared with a portable propane heater and brought water from home (the insulation had to be sprayed down with water). I'm sure he didn't count on the nozzles of his spray bottles freezing or his tape not sticking because it was too cold!! Nonetheless he persevered, ever mindful that the work in our house couldn't continue until he had done his bit. But between breaks back to his truck in order to thaw the job was done in slightly over 2 days. And despite what I'm sure was a more difficult job than he expected, Bill honored his original estimate and charged me just that. When he left I wished I had more asbestos so that I could hire him again. But really, what would even be better is if anyone reading this hires him. You won't be disappointed. Not only is the work first rate, but Bill is a super nice guy and a dog lover -- which speaks volumes in my book!

I had fantastic service from them. It took a day and a half. I was amazed. Everything was removed neatly, bagged and tagged. They prepared the area ahead of time and did an wonderful job.
