Description of Work: I've been using Mass Sewer for 15 years. To prevent backups, I would have them come out every year or so to clear out the main sewer line. Kenny (the owner) was last out here in May for a routine cleaning (the guy who use to come out, who was great, is no longer employed by them). A few weeks ago, my tub started draining slowly. I called and made an appointment with Kenny. He never came. A few days later he called to apologize and re-schedule. He claimed he called me the day of the appointment to tell me there was an emergency, but there were no signs of any call on my caller ID or voicemail. While we spoke on the morning of the rescheduled appointment to confirm, Kenny, again, never showed up (and, again, no follow-up call). Seems like something odd is going on with the company. Never had this problem in the past. I've moved on to another company.

+ -1 moreVery professional. We've used them for many years and never had a bad experience with them, so far. They automatically gave me a discount since less work than the standard clearing for sewers.

+ -1 moreThey have done work for us in the past, always punctual, professional and does good work. Workman this time was particularly consciencious. This is a maintenance done annually and have used several other companies which were never as thorough as this company.
Description of Work: cleared main line to street , tree roots about 56 ft.
