Massachusetts Floor Care

We badly needed to get our floors refinished before putting our house on the market. Got several quotes and also found that most of the better refinishing services had long waiting lists. A friend put us in touch with Josephine at Mass Floor Care. She came out quickly, gave us a very competitive quote and got the job done in a timely fashion. She gave us good advice on floor finish options and her folks did a beautiful job. Would definitely recommend her to friends.

They were great. Josephine is very professional and showed up and gave us a written quote. Their pricing was excellent and she also provided customers for me to check reference. They all loved the work they had done. The guys that installed the new floors and the ones that refurnished the floors were polite and cleaned up after each visit.

It was basically a company that seemed to be run out of someone’s house. So, I didn’t get a good idea of what type of quality they would provide. The price was quite a bit lower because they don’t have a lot of overhead. However, I couldn’t get a good feeling that they would provide the same quality as another company. I would probably take a quote from them in the future if I need to get some references.

I am very impressed with the quality, no gaps next to appliances, loose grout, messy corners. The job was performed in a timely manner and the worker cleaned up after himself and left with proper instructions. The job was complicated by a bodge job in the laundry area and MFC did a wonderful job correcting it. The connections to wooden floor boards underneath doors are done nicely. Large appliances were moved to allow for tiling underneath and properly put back in place. There was really nothing that I had to point out. In addition, tiles and working materials were picked up at the seller within 12 hours.
