+ -1 moreOverall, I was very satisfied with my agent's work and will contact him again if I choose to put my condo back on the market. It's helpful that Gibson is large enough so their agents can cross-sell if needed and are very knowledgeable about the Metro Boston market.
Description of Work: I had a loft condo on the market from March 2006 through September 2006, located in an area where condo sales are extremely down. For the first 3 months, I used a company referred to me through another resident in my condo building. However, I felt that company wasn't advertising in the right areas and wasn't interested in putting money into more appropriate ad placement. So I switched to Gibson Domain Domain because of Gibson's reputation and marketing reach for Boston area lofts. The agent was very responsive to my calls, helpful with pricing, and capable of managing Internet ads as well. In the end, I decided to pull my condo off the market because of the slow market, so no fee was paid to Gibson.

+ -1 moreMarty and Bob sold our condo in 5 days. Even though our place is nice, it is a slow time in the market. That didn't stop Marty from strategically pricing our condo and getting a frenzy of interest. We ended up with a lot more than our asking price. The buyer is happy to get a great unit.
