+ -1 moreLydon Carpentry does quality work. He is very attentive. He shows up when he says he will, and if not then he will give you a call. His prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: The last job Lydon Carpentry completed for me was to build a back porch. They are currently doing several small repairs for me at my house.

+ 0 moreEXTREMELY PUNCTUAL, IF HE SAYS HE WILL SHOW UP, HE WILL BE THERE ON TIME. VERY EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY DONE, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS SKILL LEVEL, AND JUST HIS INCREDIBLE EFFICIENCY. THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO COMPLAIN IS THAT HE DOES NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF TOO WELL - SO MAKE SURE HE KNOWS HE HAS TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF. AFTER I MENTIONED IT, HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF JUST FINE. OTHER THAN THAT, HE GAVE ME GREAT PRICES ON ALL THE JOBS I HIRED HIM TO DO, AND FINISHED THEM EVEN BEFORE SCHEDULE AND VERY NICELY DONE.
Description of Work: I HAD RICHARD FIRST INSTALL WINDOWS AROUND THE HOUSE, AS WELL AS WINDOW FRAMES. HE DID A GREAT JOB, AND I LATER HIRED HIM TO FIX THE STAIR'S TREADS FOR ME AS WELL.
