Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning

Great. The technician did great work and was very careful to keep the house clean. The only downside was that I has to wait a few weeks for the appointment.

It went well! The contractor was professional.

It was fine. My air ducts got cleaned, but I'm not sure if everything got cleaned. I would not hire them again. I can't tell if they did a good job or bad job.

I was skeptical at first as the reservation was made but I hadn't received any confirmation. I was happily proven wrong very quickly. Nature called from the road to inform me of an ETA. He was on time, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We took a tour of the house to familiarize him with the returns and supplies, the thermostats, and the units. He then explained what he was going to do, where the hoses would be run, etc. I haven't come across many service providers that are as aware, professional and polite as Nature. We are very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Usually I don't write reviews on the same day the service was performed but these guys are exceptional, The Technician named Nature showed up on time as scheduled. He was extremely professional and introduced himself. I walked him to the AC Unit in the basement, He took a quick look at the unit. Walked him through the house and showed him all the vent locations. He started by sealing the vents with a plastic covers and then fired up two of the compressors. To blow air inside the vents. The dirt was collected in the big filter with compressor. We had done some constructions work in the house and there was a lot of saw dust that was accumulated in the vents. He also made sure that he cleaned up after himself, I had a new filter that I brought recently and he offered to install it at no cost. He also offered to dispose off the old filter. The job took around 2.5 hours and the technician made sure everything worked before he left. Made a credit card payment using their "fancy" tablet. The service these guys offered was exceptional and beyond ! Highly recommend them.

These guys were fantastic. I had purchased a deal for cleaning one system, but they were kind enough to make time to clean both units on a day they were clearly busy. They took the time to explain to my wife and I all that they were doing, with recommendations on how to ensure we keep the systems clean and performing optimally. They also took numerous pictures throughout to show the work they had performed and how much cleaner things were, truly demonstrating a pride of workmanship that was appreciated.

A great job was accomplished by the provider. Everything was done in a professional manner. MY sister and I were very comfortable and pleased by they way the contractor kept us informed of what he was accomplishing. A super experience.

The two technicians who came to my house were Constantine and Nature. Both of them were professional and knowledgeable. They explained the entire process and also provided good recommendations. They did an excellent job and cleaned all the air vents and dryer vent. I strongly recommend this company for air duct cleaning.

Air ducts cleaned but had to call back to get sanitized. Tech was very nice and returned to sanitize. After all the cleaning and sanitizing there is more dust in my home than I have ever had in 30 years. Ducts were cleaned 3 years aago and cleaned properly, never had this problem when using a different company. Will not use Lowe's again.

The service went fine. It took me a while to contact them to come out and set-up a date. It was kind of weird. The Big Deal happened and with everyone else, you can just use Angie’s List to schedule it. So, I did the same thing where I used the Angie’s List scheduler, but then I got a message that said, please call us to set-up your appointment. That was a little inconvenient and it took me longer to schedule it just because of that. They could have made appointment stuff a little easier. The workers were professional. They left the area clean.

The tec's came in and started work right away. They were very professional and knew the what they were doing. They showed me photos of the inside of the vents before and after and they did a great job. I am very happy with the work they did and wouldn't call anybody else to do the job again. They have great knowledge of the job and did top of the line work and know what they are doing. On a scale of 1 to 10 this company is a 20. Thank you for the great work your company and your tec's did. AAAAA Rating !!!!!!!!!

It went well. He answered all my questions and took pictures of his work. It was hard to get to one of my hoses because it vented through the roof. He had to drag that machine up the stairs and some how get the vacuum into my attic.

The service was very good. They had trouble finding the place. That was the only issue I had. The price was a little higher than what I wanted to pay, but it was fair. They were pretty responsive. They called us back.

Went very well. Only thing I wasn't prepared for was cutting hole in duct to gain access. But they patched it as good as new and got the job done.

The dispatcher, Alex, was very knowledgable and super helpful. He was based in Virginia, I believe. His local team from Boston showed up on time. Their machines were loud, and they were careful not to make a mess. When we realized that they hadn't tightened something on our dryer, I contacted Alex again. Within two hours, his local team came back out to fix a small mistake. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I purchased the service directly on Lowe's Air website as it was $30 cheaper than Angies List deal. Two guys came on time and did great job. They went above and beyond to fix the pipe behind the dryer. I am happy with the service.

Everything went well. The gentleman called ahead saying he was running ahead of schedule and asked if I would be okay with him coming early, which I loved! He had a sense of urgency (in a positive manner) and kept his work areas clean. My only problem was difficulty understanding him through his accent, but that's my issue, not Lowe's!

He was very professional, pleasant and very careful with the wooden which they were done right the week before. He was knowledgeable and explain what he was doing.
