Description of Work: I was quite satisfied. My only complaint is metal filings (from drilling the duct work) were tracked throughout the house. Typically not a huge problem but a major nuisance/hazard when you have an infant who spends a lot of time on the floor and puts everything in her mouth.

Description of Work: They did a great job for the money. The technician was on time and very courteous. They performed the work as explained and did a good job cleaning the ducts. They did not remove all of the grates from the vents in all rooms. but cleaned from the bottom up, as the vents were only and hard to remove due to paint on the screws. | |All in all I think they did a good job for the $319 special price through Angie's List. There were no issues with them up-selling any additional services or trying to charge any additional monies at the door. | |From my perspective they did a great job for what we paid and the air is much cleaner now that they have performed the service. I would recommend them to other users or to re-clean our ducts in a few years.
