Description of Work: Professionalism was lacking. The guy had no ability to communicate, and could not respond to any questions (nor did it seem like he cared). After servicing our ducts, which required shutting off our heating system, our heating system could not restart and part of our electrical system was down. Instead of being helpful, this guy tried to wiggle out of our place ASAP, leaving us to resolve the problem that he created. Very unhappy with the experience.

Description of Work: It went well. I didn't observe the service, but I did a walkthrough with the tech and felt confident that he was gathering the details that would ensure a good result. We had a lot of construction related dust, and it appears now that we are using forced heat that dust volume seems less. Overall I'm happy with the service and provides piece of mind that I helped improved indoor air quality.

Description of Work: They arrive a little early . But had called to make sure it was okay . The young man put cover on his shoes each time he came in to the house. Did an excellent job cleaning the vents and let me review them before he left . House air smells clean . Furnace and clothes drier work far better than before. |I highly recommend this companies service .
