Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning

Technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The AC ducts in our condo were filled with dust and all sorts of stuff. The technician arrived on time, removed all of the debris, and cleaned up afterward. We were using the AC and breathing easy later that evening.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. Also found that my new heat pump air handler was missing a filter. Again, very courteous, very professional. I would recommend very highly, and will definitely use them again.

Very professional and completed the tasks despite some unexpected difficulties. Explained the issues they discovered and answered questions readily. Left the areas clean and orderly. Called shortly before they arrived and left a message stating they would arrive over an hour earlier than expected, which was ok since I was home, but would have been an issue if I was not/was planning on the original arrival time quoted. Overall I am happy with the services performed.

95% well- driver/technician = excellent -professioal-polite ;eventhough we were last appt of day and he ran into a problem hat cost him time - he did not rush the job or take any shortcuts to my knowledge. clean the very end part of cleaning the dryer vent ran into a problem and could not be worked out as he reached a blockage and he queried me as to how much further he should go and I stopped him. It was dark and he could not see on the roof the kind of vent it was. As it turned out when we could get onto the roof to see -the vent was angkled and if he had gone farther thinking it was a birds nest ,etc., it probably would have meant damage to the inside of vent and the problem wold not have been resolved anyway. As it turned out someone had to go on the roof and physically remove the vent deris to clear it.

Service person arrived when scheduled and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it. He patched small holes where needed on some of the Ducts. He cleaned up after he was finished.

Average price. They didn't impress me. He came in and did his job, and left.

I had a great experience with Bohdan from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. He was prompt, polite, and thorough. I found the company on Angie's List and there was a deal (Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney Sweep & Sanitization). When I called to schedule a time, the person on the phone told me that they had a better price for the same service on their website. I purchased the service directly from the website and scheduled a time for the cleaning. The before and after was amazing! Bohdan showed us how much filth was in the ducts, vents, and chimney. He cleaned up after himself and left our house cleaner than it's been in a long, long time. I'm going to recommend this company to my parents, too.

They did a fantastic job. The whole process took about 3 hours and the space was left as clean as it started. The amount of debris he took out of the duct system was amazing. Highly recommended.

Service rep called in advance and was on time. Very polite, professional, spent over 2 hrs on a fairly small house. Answered all questions, gave summary report at end, cleaned bathroom vent as well on request.

Lowe's showed up right at the beginning of the window they quoted (in fact, a tad early) and the service lasted the 3 hours they estimated on the telephone. They were very considerate, even initially taking their shoes off when they walked around our living area (though I later told them this was unnecessary). Each step of the process was explained to me carefully, and they asked several times if I had any questions. They showed me before and after photographs of several of the ducts as well as the return vent.
