Description of Work: They did a full duct cleaning and disinfecting and dryer vent cleaning. The young gentleman who came to the house was wonderful. I had gotten stuck in traffic and he waited patiently. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He went in and out of the house several times for supplies and each time took his shoes off without my request. I definitely see/feel a difference in the air quality in the house. I would definitely use him again

Description of Work: Scheduling an appointment was a bit later than expected (- I received a phone call a few days after purchase), but after that, everything was smooth. A service man showed up as planned, and pretty thoroughly cleaned the ducts. He removed his shoes every time in entering the house, as shoes are generally off limits in our house. No mess was left. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts in eight room house. They moved so fast I have some concern they weren't thorough, but there's definitely less dust accumulating in the house. They should have reminded me to change the furnace's air filter when they were done. Otherwise, they were on time, professional, and explained what they were going to do. Also, the price was right, though I can't remember the exact amount.
