Description of Work: I was mostly satisfied with their work. They were booking a little far out but that's to be expected with the Big Deal offer. They were responsive and easy to communicate with, including while they were here. They were on time and worked quickly. My complaint is that after they left I discovered that one of the vents that they had removed in the basement during the cleaning had been put replaced in a very poor and unprofessional manner. They must have had some difficulty putting it back in (it's mounted directly in the ductwork on the ceiling) so they put new screws in and used lots of tape to seal the edges. But when they put the new screws in, they put them in so that you can no longer slide the lever to open and close the vent. I understand that sometimes things happen and I wouldn't mind the whole thing if I could still control the vent and if they had just mentioned it to me before they left. Instead I discovered it when the basement was getting hot in the summer long after they had left.
