Description of Work: When I first purchased this deal last summer, the wait time for an appointment was after A/C season was over, so there was no point in using it then (we don't use ducts for heat). When I tried again in the spring, the wait time was more reasonable. I am very allergic to dust, so getting the ducts cleaned is essential before turning on the A/C. No allergy problems at all this year, so I am satisfied with the service, despite the initial wait. The technician was professional, courteous, and on-time.

Description of Work: They were late but they did call and let me know ahead of time. The technician was very professional and thorough and spent several hours cleaning multiple systems. He made sure all vents were properly sealed so no containments made it into the house. Will use them again.

He was personable, professional, and maintained a high level of cleanliness as he worked. | |I HIGHLY recommend his services and I will be telling my friends and colleagues about him. Our house feels much fresher and the air much cleaner since the ducts were cleaned. We were nervous as there are many pro/con comments online regarding whether you should or shouldn't clean your ducts - however, we all have allergies, and the cleaning did not affect anyone adversely. On the contrary, we are all breathing much better. Thank you Nature for your professionalism and friendly persona!

Description of Work: They cleaned all vents in my house- upstairs and downstairs. Two systems. I had purchased an Angies list big deal and when I called the provider he said that was for only one of the systems and that I would have to pay another ~300 for the other system. the reason I gave them a bad grade for price is right after(couple of days) the service was done to my satisfaction, there was an unlimited Big deal for half of what I paid!!!!!!
