Description of Work: This was a positive experience from start to finish. Joe rang our door bell about 8:20 having called ahead to let us know when he would srrive. He requested a tour of the house first so he would know where all the vents/ducts were, the furnace and dryer. He worked systemmatically for the next three hours. There was no question that he knew exactly what needed to be done. He left every area in which he worked clean and all furniture put back in place. My husband and I really enjoyed having this young man in our home. We highly recommend Joe and Lowe's Service to other Angie"s List members.
