+ -1 moreI wish I could give Jonathan and his team an A++. Lily's cleaned a Veterans Center in Fairhaven, MA. The methods and practices that Lily's employs ensures that the Veterans are not exposed to irritants and allergens that are present in many cleaning products. There was no odor in any of the offices or common areas during and after the job was completed. The crew was professional and took care with all of the furniture and electronics in the building. In addition to the carpet we had an oriental area rug that was thoroughly cleaned. I had never seen anything as detailed as the way the fringes on the rug were individually cleaned. Their workmanship impressed the office manager and staff. I will contract with them again and again and again.

+ -1 moreBoth times, they did a great job. We scheduled on email. They showed up on time, were professional, and even took on an extra cleaning job nearby (un-carpet-related). Because of the process, the carpets were a bit wet at the end -- you should plan to have a fan if they're in an enclosed space, which we didn't anticipate. In both case's we've dealt directly with the owners of the business.
Description of Work: We've used Lily's twice now. The first time was to clean the near-white carpets in our 1000 square foot condo. The carpets were getting pretty dingy after about 5 years and Lily's did a great job cleaning them naturally without weird toxic chemicals. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt in the water they emptied at the end. Recently we hired them again to clean the basement carpets in our new home.

+ -1 moreTwo men arrived on time and brought their extensive rug shampooing equipment --- no harsh chemicals, very green! They washed the rug on the floor. There was no mess. The rug didn't seem that dirty to start with; however the dirty water when they finished showed otherwise. The price was $55 and we gave a $10 tip.
Description of Work: They cleaned a 5 ft. by 7ft. wool area rug.
