Based on our previous experiences with similar projects, Land Mapping is the best we have seen in the past 3 decades in Massachusetts. We have made referrals to friends and relatives and *ALL* are in full agreement with us.

As a homeowner, I hire different individuals and/or organizations for home improvement and home maintenance work, and judge and grade their performance as I judged and graded my students when I was teaching. Some service providers are "A+" rating, others are less deserving. When it comes to land surveyors, I give Land Mapping, Inc. an A+ rating, for its honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I contacted this company to do a land survey for my property, so that I can get a plot plan to apply for a room addition permit to my house. I had an excellent experience working with these wonderful folks. They replied to every email on time, expedited the process and I had my plot plan in hand within two weeks. Also I paid them once they scanned and send me the plot plan. Lately I got en envelop with a physical copy. Overall wonderful experience, trust worthy people and do your work on time. Also, they offer a reasonable price as compared to others. I would definitely consider them for next time. I also recommend others to work with this company Thank you Rafail for doing my work

Can't speak highly enough about Rafal and his crew at Land Mapping Inc. I was deep into a contentious construction permitting issue with the city and learned late into it I'd need an instrument survey. Most firms coldly informed me it would be a month to six weeks. Land Mapping completed this challenging survey with precision and speed keeping my time constrained project on track. They get my highest recommendation on all accounts.
