Description of Work: Had used Kevin for several smaller jobs over the years but last year decided to renovate kitchen.While he's a carpenter by trade he has several other skills- he not only installed cabinets, he tiled the floor and backsplash( terrific outcome), he did plastering, made a mobile island,etc.He also arranged for electrician and plumber and everything was timely- very, very satisfied with finished kitchen.

+ 1 moreWe are absolutely delighted and thrilled with Kevin and his work! We would recommend him to anyone and everyone. His work is absolutely beautiful! Plus, from start to finish, Kevin was easy, friendly, accomodating, and professional to work with. He was on time with the work (in fact, at one point, he was ahead of schedule!) and on budget. He is a perfectionist in his approach to his work and is absolutely accomodating in working with perfectionists, as I am. All of the subcontractors he uses are excellent and also do great work. We've received numerous compliments on how beautiful the work is. In fact, we recently had someone over to the house who also does contracting work and even he was commenting on what a beautiful job it was! Kevin showed up on time for every meeting and was at our house every day at 7. He answered his phone every time it rang and was a pleasure to work with. He was in regular contact by email with status updates. We weren't living at the house at the time and would only drop by every few days. We never had to worry - Kevin was on top of everything and everyone. He organized all of the subcontractors to make the most of the time and complete the job efficiently. In terms of budget, his estimate also came in below the other three contractors we spoke with. He was on budget with everything and updated us on the change orders on a regular basis so there were no surprises. He cleaned up after himself every day and at the end of the job so the house never felt too dusty. Kevin used to be part of a large contracting operation and recently went solo. He provides personalized attention and is meticulous in his work. He takes the job very seriously (you never feel like you're a and quot;small joband quot;) and is very accomodating. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and our new house. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone considering a big or small renovation.
Description of Work: Kevin served as a general contractor for a complete bathroom renovation (down to the studs), moving a wall/building a closet, complete attic refinishing and renovation, replastering around most of the house, and electrical work throughout the house. In addition, he also did beautiful carpentry work for us, including radiator covers, closet shelving, and built-in shelving in the finished attic.
