+ -1 moreBooking was extremely easy and set up for same day. We had to reschedule for 2 days later which happened smoothly. Received an appointment confirmation by email both times. The two staff members were courteous and diligent, even though they struggled with the weight of the TV (400 pounds!!)

+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for between 8 and 10 am. I received a confirmation email the day before. I took the morning off work. At 7:55, they called me and told me they weren’t coming because they hadn’t finished the job the prior evening. No one called me the prior evening. I called the call center and sent an email about the late cancellation and to try to reschedule. I never heard from Junk King again.

+ -1 moreTerrible follow through. If they had let me know last week that I wasn't in their area I would have been fine, but last minute on the day before when my zip code is listed on their site is just poor customer service
Description of Work: Put in a request via their web site. Called at almost 5pm the night before to tell me I was out of their service area when my zip code (02302) is listed on their web site as a service area. Not happy that I wasn't given a chance to make other arrangements and I made the appointment last week. I also thought it was strange that their web site states a "local" owner, but it appears that really isn't the case.. Buyer beware on this one.

+ -1 moreThey did worked for me, I believe, it was very good. I have no idea what it cost, but I remembered it being reasonable. The service was really helpful. The work is timely, reasonable and it's what we asked for, the workers were nice.
