Great, I spoke with Joe who was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. This is not the kind of work that he does but he went above and beyond to discuss my needs to determine exactly what I needed and gave me a referral to someone that could help me.

Joe Kennard, principal of the firm, came out to my home to tell me about his company and to visit the potential job site, a condo that will be renovated. I had read an article in a recent Globe magazine in the design section that described a condo renovation in Cambridge that he had completed, and I was very impressed by the design and the description of his work ethic as well as the striking results. I also was very impressed with the projects detailed on his website. Joe was professional, personable, and an excellent listener. He clearly described his firm's process and pricing, and showed sincere enthusiasm and excitement about his work in general and in my project. His references were outstanding. In the end, I decided to go in a different direction to complete my project that would not require the depth of his full service concept nor allow for the creativity of design that I know he would bring. It was a tough decision. I would not hesitate to call his firm if I had a future project of a larger scope.

The end product is a marvelous living space. Joe paid great attention to the most minute details, such that the cohesiveness of the space goes right down to the fixtures. The house presented difficult architectural challenges, and Joe met them with aplomb.

Pleasant, very responsible & accessible to listen to our ideas & respect them (couldn't find another architect to do that) had excellent information about new products & how we might use them.

Joseph returned my calls & emails promptly. He came out to visit our house and gave us advice and high-level cost estimates for the ideas we had for enlarging our space. He was very helpful and forthcoming and I would certainly hire him for architectual services in the future.

DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR SOMETHING SPECIAL, JOE IS VERY CREATIVE. HE DID A GREAT JOB BRINGING BACK MY TRADITIONAL VICTORIAN WITHOUT MAKING IT STUFFY. JOE IS ALSO GREAT WITH MODERN DESIGNS. HE WORKS ON SMALL PROJECTS AS WELL AS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE HOMES.
