Description of Work: We hired John to install a new backsplash in our kitchen after we replaced our countertops. He was very friendly and personable as well as very skilled.We had glass tiles installed which are very difficult to cut given that they tend to shatter but John was able to make the necessary cuts without difficulty and gave us a very satisfactory outcome. He was fast, friendly and responsive. We plan to renovate a bathroom in the near future and will happily hire John for the tilework.
