Description of Work: Jeremy represented me as my real estate agent when I was searching for and buying a home in 2005. Since then, he has been an invaluable resource in referring me to contractors and other home-related service providers as needed. He has also been my sounding board and advisor whenever I have any home-related issues or problems come up.

+ -1 moreWas a fabulous experience. This was my first house buying experience. Jeremy took the time to walk me through the entire process (all the way up to the closing), set expectations and answer any questions that I had about the process. Jeremy was very accommodating with my schedule (I work out of town a lot during the week) and was able to spend significant amount of time during the weekend looking at houses. This was even more impressive considering his wife was 8 or 9 months pregnant during this timeframe. Jeremy also took the time to understand what my needs/likes were and helped to identify properties that I would be interested in, and ultimately helped me to find the house that I purchased.
Description of Work: Jeremy works for Prudential Maxfield out of their South End office. Jeremy was referred to me by friends of my fianc who worked with Jeremy in buying their Condo in the South End. While Jeremy is in the South End office, he was able to help me look for and find a single family house in surrounding areas (JP, Roslindale, West Roxbury, etc etc etc.)
