+ 3 moreFine. Two years later, we are still happy with the work. As always seems to happen with contractor and home owner, there was confusion as to when the painter should paint. I was supposed to contact the painter but I did not know when during the job he should be contacted. He asked, " When is the painter coming?" He should have been there. The painter did a fine job - no problems with the new floors.
Description of Work: I can not really remember what we spent but it was worth what was done and comparable to other bids. We did not pick the lowest bid. The work done was pulled out rugs from two bedrooms and hallway. installed hardwood floors,. fished the floors, rebuilt stairs, added a stair skirt, refinished existing floors, installed crown moulding. Connected us with a great electrician.

+ 6 moreVery satisfied with the service. They followed through and kept me in the loop on all developments. They also kept me abreast what things were going to cost and provided me with alternatives.
Description of Work: I hired JB property management to take care of my properties and to turn over a unit in a month's time. This team went above and beyond my expectations. They handled all repairs from a City of Boston inspection as well as a second inpection from MBHP (a section 8 program). The work was impeccable and professional. He event replaced the tiles in the pantry with new tiles for no extra cost. They were also able to handle appointments and questions from prospective tenants and finalize the lease and other loose ends while I was away. They were very helpful with suggestions on best practices and the best way and most efficient way to handle problems without having to spend a ton of money. I have hired this company for extended property management for all of my units and their price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to other in the Boston and surrounding area.
