I contacted JnJ multiple times - via email through Angie's list, I called the number provided, and I sent texts - NO replies to any of my messages.

Went great. They cleaned out the yard and did a better job than I asked for.

J n J sent us two people to work on moving the topsoil to the raised bed from the driveway. Josh came by to take a look at what was required. It should be noted that they showed up when they said they would, which is always nice. The workers were efficient, and worked seriously and effectively. They paid attention to where I wanted the soil deposited. In one particular area, they could not just tip the soil from the wheelbarrow - they had to do it by hand - which they did quickly and willingly. When it came time to mulch the beds, they did a careful job by depositing fistfuls of mulch on the flower beds where I wanted the mulch. All in all, they completed the work in a timely way. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Our expectations have been blown away by J n J. They are prompt, courteous and do outstanding work. We have no worries that our needs will not be met by these folks.

the provider removed all leaves and removed the bagged leaves from the property. Per request, the provider waited for a particular event to occur (a particular tree to lose its leaves) before performing the service.

These men have perfect communication. Email,text and phone calls . We have never had better service. Always on time.
