About us

Ippolito Snow Services, LLC is a privately held family business established in 1973. Servicing Boston and surrounding areas and well known for it's customized services, trust and professional staff. Our core team includes 8-10 field staff employees that are well trained in snow emergency services and range from 2 - 20 years of service. We also flex the staff up during large storms to meet customer demands with contingent workers. We offer competitive pricing in the bidding process which opens on August 1. Payment terms are net 30 days and we offer a range of pricing models based on the property, including pay by the inch and pay by the season contracts.

Services we offer

We offer complete winter solutions for Commerical and large Multi-unit residential customers. We provide complete snow and ice management services, including Snow Removal, Sidewalk Services, Ice Control and Managed Services. Our commercial portfolio includes industrial lots, retail centers, banks, theaters, and restaurants. Our residential portfolio focuses on large multi-unit condominiums, large apartment complexes and senior & assisted living centers.

Services we don't offer

Regrettably, we do not service individual homes, single driveways or cars from on street parking spaces. In an effort to deliver the best quality to our customers, we do not sign on new customers during a snow storm event. All engagements require a signed contract in place in advance of the storm.

Description of Work: These guys are awesome. I recommend them to anyone who likes quality work. They were always there after a storm and very communicative about timing. They also did an excellent job clearing the driveway and sidewalks.

Description of Work: Cleared snow for our brownstones. Attentive and professional service. a Few miscommunications with the workers after the first snow or two were cleared up and then the service worked like clockwork.
