Last year during a harsh winter we had a large build-up of ice and an ice dam on a section of our roof. We called the ICE DAM GUYS and a 2 man crew came out the next day. Using their steam system they quickly and efficiently removed all of the ICE, with no damage to our roof. The crew was courteous and friendly and we were very pleased with the result. Their steam system is much more effective than spending hours chipping or scraping the ICE off or flooding the roof with hot water. We would use the ICE DAM GUYS again and highly recommend them!

So scary to have water pouring into your house from multiple spots... then the scammers you call are so frightening. These guys were clear, professional, hard working .... just the best. The rep on the phone explained everything, the guy who came was neat, careful, hard working, a really great young guy who worked so had in horrible conditions. I felt s bad for him but he worked like a dog and did a great job. He saved my home while all of my neighbors had leaks!!
