I Love International Moving

I was totally satisfied with ILM. They were very professional, discussed each stage of my complicated move (which involved shipping personal effects including an antique grandfather clock across the continent from Vancouver BC to Massachusetts) as it came up, and successfully delivered all of my precious belongings intact and well packaged, on the expected day. Justin Ross was excellent at providing me with clear and reasonable information, all the necessary customs documents, professional advice, and moral support through the complex process. Grant from I love moving called me ahead of time to tell me exactly (to the minute!) what time they would arrive at the storage unit that morning. They were SO careful with all of the delicate vintage furniture and even helped reorganize my parents' storage unit before they left it. They made incredible time into the city and packed up our entire home in about 2-3 hours. James even carried out our couch BY HIMSELF. The entire job was done with friendly attitudes and some sining by Jeff. They not only moved in out all of our furniture, but helped us pick up the large pieces so we didn't have to lift a finger. They also disassembled our dining table to its pedestal base without hesitation to make for easier shipping. The entire job from packing to receiving shipping was only 1 week, which was less than the original estimate. I hope I'm getting my point across when I say that this move was absolutely FLAWLESS!

The guy on the phone was very friendly, got everything set up, explained the fee structure and gave me a quote. I asked a few extra questions about fees to make sure we covered everything because I've heard horror stories about hidden international fees and "twice what they quoted". However, I love international movers has a flat rate for travel/gas/whatever and then an hourly charge with a minimum. The movers called us on moving day and asked if we minded if they came early (an hour-and-a-half before our 1 hour window for arrival time) since they finished their first job early. We actually declined because my husband was still finishing things up, and they respected that and showed up right at the beginning of our window. My husband directed them from our apartment. They were very speedy, efficient and polite. They wrapped all the furniture and were very careful with our things. We were very impressed and glad to not have to do it ourselves. We were quoted 5-7 hours for the move, and it took 4 hours to pack everything ready for international shipping - perfect! Overall we were very satisfied with our international move, as this was quite easy. Thank you!
