The service was great. Everyone showed up on time and I even made the appointment only 2 days before I wanted them to come. At the moment, I am deciding whether to rent out my condo or sell it. The Home Value Lab report and service really helped me understand the current value of my property taking into consideration a lot of different factors that I would have never thought about. I thought I knew a lot about the market! These people seem to really know their stuff and were able to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were very professional and I would recommend their service for anyone who is curious about the value of their home or is thinking about renting or selling a property. They can give you a lot of insight about how to get the best price for you property.

They came and gave me a current value for my condo. Then gave me suggestions to improve lighting, cleanliness, declutter, movement of furniture, and some potential problems that may arise (such as my tenant and her smoking and pet cat hair). Also, since they were part of Coldwell Banker, I opted to also have them list the condo for sale and it sold fairly quick and near the price they said it should sell for - I realize it's not a perfect science, but they were right on the money in this instance. I'm very happy with their professional service and would definitely recommend them.
