In July of 2009 our twins were born. Six months later, I was FREAKING OUT about the clutter, the two flights of stairs, and the general lack of space in our condo. We knew we had to move, but I was convinced there was no way we could even show our condo before we moved out. Damian, however, showed me how to clear the space and make it presentable without having to move the two highchairs, two cribs, etc. to a neighbor's house every showing. He had it sold within two months, at a price higher than other realtors even wanted to list it. Finding our new house took longer, mostly due to the federal tax incentive. (Every place we tried to put an offer on became a bidding war.) And one house that we thought was a go we had to walk away from because we discovered the attic was full of mold. There were seven offer attempts before we finally were able to get a deal done. Throughout all of this, we were touring houses and discussing strategy with two infants in tow. Despite any obstacles that came our way, Damian stayed solid and calm with us. In addition to being ultra-available any time we wanted to go looking at homes, he also went above and beyond with carrying babies, sitting with them in the van while we went inside a house, doing paperwork while we bounced, jiggled, and sang to babies on our laps, and explaining to home owners how a small figurine ended up broken during our visit. Damian was knowledgable about every community from Boston out to Worcester, flexible with his schedule, and easy to contact. We also found that he was easy to work with, gave sound advice, and took great care in being sensitive to our special needs.
