+ -1 moreTheir rates are good. The are not organized and that is a big problem. They are not as timely as they should be. The work was OK. It's not first class. We can trust them. We know that they will not do anything.
Description of Work: They manage the building that our condo is in. They also provide handyman services. They repaired a toilet and installed a garbage disposal.
