I would highly recommend this company! I have an older home and they repaired all of my original double hung windows. Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. The business is very well run, very professional. From the lovely woman in the office to the gentlemen that came to work at the house, they were all terrific. I can't say enough about this company and the quality of their work. I feel the pricing was fair for the job and workmanship.

This was a window repair job. Yuriy made repairs on 11 windows as needed. After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! Yuriy arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up properly after himself. The price was quite fair and I am very pleased to have my window functioning and keeping out the cold air. Yay! I highly recommend this company!

First..their pricing is VERY competitive. Second, they are very efficient, skilled and hardworking. The installers, Andrew and Victor, worked until the job was perfect. The sales representative, Yuriy provides very competitive pricing. Julia in the office is great at scheduling. I will use them again.

A technician saved the day for me! I called in the late afternoon one day after washing double hung windows, when the lower window slid back in the wrong groove and was stuck open over night. My condo just went on the market and there were 2 private showings scheduled that day! Yuriy squeezed me in and quickly fixed my window by 12:30 pm. He was knowledgeable and quick. Loved the reviews I read in advance that Good Windows Work repairs and doesn t expect us to buy windows. The name is perfect!

Yuriy was out to our home this morning to look at a variety of issues we were having with double hung windows and locks. Yuriy was on time, very professional and clearly knows everything about windows, balancers and other mechanisms. He was able to repair everything on the spot. I appreciated that he leaned toward repairing, and not replacing parts if possible. A great experience overall! I highly recommend them without reservation.
