Description of Work: I needed someone to re connect sling box to my computer network. They said they would send someone who knew how to work with sling box. The guy that came did not know how to troubleshoot my sling box and get it working. at first he was not very comunicative and did not answer my questions willingly. He did clean up my computer but wound up deleting some things he should not have. Did not know I had bought the coupon. |I had the Geek Squad come the next day and they were able to fix all my problems with the sling box and restored some things that the geek choice guy had deleted that should not have been deleted from my computer. Was dissapointed in them.

Description of Work: Found out for me that it was my Comcast modem that was out of date and running very slow. He called comcast with me and got info on what speed I was paying for and found out I was paying for the best and my modem was workinh poorly. Comcast said they had not notified me they were no longer servicing that modem. They sent a knew modem. He checked other things as well on the computer. Suggested I update my Windows because I have Windows XP. Good advice as the next week Windows stated they will no longer support Windows XP.
