Description of Work: Serviceman arrived approximately on schedule. He was knowledgable and professional. Got our five computer network set up within an hour. Very efficient and neat. Would use this service again if needed.

Description of Work: Remote Vista laptop lost it's ability to print from our HP printer in office. HP printer software had to be downloaded and my cable download speeds were very slow and my Vista operating system was very slow in installing after download. My Geek technician was very knowledgeable and patient. He also got my remote laptop to recognize and link up to my new Netgear wi-fi router extension. I had followed the Netgear instructions carefully and nothing worked. The instructions were not intuitive, they were Geek to me! Anyhow, when my technician left, everything was working properly.

Matt ran through and went through many updates including virus scans etc. to optimize the output of the computer. He definitely knew his stuff. It definitely runs smoother now. He kept the appointment brief and worked all the way through (approx. 1 hour) with no dilly-dallying. Thanks!

Description of Work: they did not show up for a scheduled appt and they did not call to cancel. when we contacted them they said they would reschedule but then called and said they had no one who could come.

I felt he spent more time talking to me, asking me questions vs looking at the hard drive etc. mostly that my PC was vulnerable etc. he did spend time talking to me about buying a PC & directed me to various websites. As I felt that I had enough & wanted to get some closure, I was shocked when he requested more $ since the appt. went overtime. I wanted him to leave so I paid the extra money.
