Description of Work: The tech was asked to determine and fix a problem I am having with a new wireless printer which I am unable to use due to a problem with the computer not able to "find" the printer. The tech came out and spent about 45 mins looking at the modem and the configuration of the house and ultimately told me to call Comcast and have them re-locate the modem. I was charged for this "diagnosis" and called Comcast who came out and said that there is no problem with the modem or its location. Essentially Comcast & Geek are pointing at each other for the problem. My tech problem remains unresolved.

Description of Work: Notwell. Needed guidance on using an ipad for playback of music and audiobook. Got into arguement about solution. Actually ipod and returned ipad to Verizon. They recommended AT&T for ipod. Waste of 1 hour, technician said I was expecting something that cannot be delivered. Very arguementative. didn't listen to my needs and advise accordingly.
