Went well, was on time and provided what I expected.

They came when they said they would; they were knowledgeable and proficient, and returned when they said they would. I found their representative to be very pleasant and helpful.

I was given an appointment within a week of my call. The technician showed up exactly on time, and took just over an hour to complete his work. He was clear and polite, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the service.

Geek Choice representative was professional , punctual and knowledgeable. He and my husband reviewed the problems and he spent approximately one hour addressing these concerns. We had a positive outcome and would not hesitate to call them again.of the sevice but I was impressed with their work.

Very good. My computer runs faster.I had an email question later on that was answered promptly. Technician was extremely knowledgable and polite. I recommend this company for any computer problems.

Arrived 30 minutes late (at least he called and told us that). He came in to work on computer...I told him all my problems and began watching what he was doing and asking him some questions. He was not particularly. talkative and eventually I left the room. EXACTLY 60 minutes later , he came out and announced he was done. I asked him if it was running well and he told me all that he had done and that it seemed to run OK and so he left. I went on the computer and found the computer was no faster, still was taking 3 seconds at a time to load page, not loading pages at all and sometimes just locking up....just like it was before. Weeks went and I finally decided I had to get another computer to solve my problems because if the compute people couldn't fix it it, I needed to get rid of it because it was too aggravating to continually use. I began shopping for a computer. I was looking at dell computer and reading reviews and feedback on dell computers. I came across a poor review from a dell customer with a reply from a dell representative which told the person to try their on line computer tune up. I went to their web page and ran their scan. The scan found numerous problems and said it could fix them for a $9.95 one time charge. Needless to say I was very reluctant but what was I to do......spend the $10 bucks or buy a new computer....I spent the $10 bucks and ran the program which took 15 minutes supposedly fix all my problems. Lo and behold after I restarted my computer.........it runs GREAT! Loads pages fast, no more freeze up and I am no longer shopping for a new computer!!!!! Yea Dell.....shame on Computer Geeks.

My computer is running very well with no pop up ads now. It went very well. Only thing I thought odd was he took a personal phone call on my time for private work he does.

. Matt arrived when he said that he would and after friendly hellos, got right down to business. He asked what we needed help with and then asked to see all the computers, and laptops. I had explained to him that our internet was not working and it was not a problem from our provider, because I had already checked that. He got right to work and soon my desktop was up and online. The laptops and I phones were still being knocked of the internet, so he went to check out our seven year old router. He recommended replacing it and he had one which he brought in and installed and then everything was up and running. He did this all within the time limit of the coupon and off he went. He was personable, professional, and I would highly recommend him to help you out with any computer glitch you might have.

Took a lot of time to troubleshoot only to find out service wasn't suitable for my needs. But provider was thorough and able to instruct a non-technological person with much patience. My computers run much faster now. I was shown how I can download books to my laptop without needing a Kindle.

It was great, Michael was patient, thorough, did a lot of teaching along the way and we fixed every problem on the bucket list. Exceeded expectations!

I called Geek Choice around noon on 8/1 and was initially told that the next in home appointment would be on 8/2, early in the morning. I asked if the tech could come a little later, like 10:30 or 11. I was put on hold while the customer service person contacted the tech to ask. When the CS person came back on the line, I was told that the tech could actually come today around 3:30 or 4. I agreed to that. The tech, Michael, drove up right at 4. Michael started the laptop in safe mode and ran some diagnostics. He was able to get the touchpad working then rebooted and ran virus software. Some malware was found and removed from the computer. My registry had been changed too. everything was fixed on my account as well as the other account on that machine. Michael also cleaned up some junk files and showed me how to do this on a regular basis. This whole thing took exactly 1 hour. Michael was pleasant and very knowledgable. At the time of my appointment, a coupon was available through Angie's List for $50 off. In my haste to get the computer fixed in a speedy manner, I did not buy it. I wish I had since I think $150 an hour is a little steep. But, service was in home, speedy and excellent so I feel like it was worth it. Would definitely use this company again.

Michael holmes came to the house. He was a pleasant and knowledgeable technician. When he left my computer's speed improved and he gave me a couple of tips to keep it working better.

Because both my husband and I are technological dinosaurs, we found our assistant to be enormously patient with us, he explained everything in terms we could understand, and even though he was baffled by the problem we had, in the end it was his determination that led to us receiving a brand new computer from the manufacturer. He also helped me with my IPad. His name is Michael Holmes and I wish he lived next door!

This was subbed out to a local person since the company is based in Massachusetts and we're in Brooklyn., which is fine and makes sense. The tech was knowledgeable and the computer now runs faster. I never had time to call back but our fire wall keeps shutting off ever since we had the service for some reason. I think it may be installed twice. HOWEVER Geek Squad just sent an email offering $50 for every "A " review on Angie's List. Why do I think that this is not in the spirit of this organization?

Michael Holmes was great- really tried to help me out and teach me things at the same time. There was a lot to do with our systems, and one thing led to another. I felt like he knew what he was doing, and wanted to do a good job. I'd gladly use Computer Geeks again and will ask for Michael.

The technician, Michael, was absolutely great. He really knew his stuff and explained everything that was going in great detail. He also gave us some great recommendations for anti virus software and how to keep our desk top running smoothly. I would not hesitate to call on him again to fix any computer related problem.

The technician provided us with useful information about the operation of our computer and how to keep it running more efficiently. Also he provided us with recommendations about what security software programs to get and what programs not to get. The operating speed of the computer increased significantly as a result of this service call.

We are owners of an Apple computer and Ipads,but have never really figured out how various features work. Mike displayed exceptional patience and professionalism in working with us.

There was a little glitch, but the guy came and he was really professional. My computer works great and I would use him again.
