Set up appointment via phone but no one showed up at the designated time. Called again and set up another appointment.this time the tech showed up on the correct day and time. He was very professional and friendly. Helped me fix the problems on my computer. Except for the no show it was a positive experience and I would use them again if offered through Angie"s List.

I used one, I haven't used the other one yet. I didn't have any problem at all.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. He seemed very knowledgeable and covered everything I had requested. He also provided some pointers on how to clear out cookies, etc., from my laptop. A little chatty, but otherwise very good.

Everything turned out well. I would use them again.

My experience with them was wonderful. They're smart, good sense of humor, goal oriented, had it done, and sort of think of work around.

The service was adequate. Not all of my computer problems were solved. As a result of this I spent additional funds to have my software upgraded.

Unfortunatly, this has been my experience with all things Angies list I have used - most of which has been house cleaning. Can't imagine how it is on the stock exchange and doing so well.

The technician who came was a very nice young man, but he didn't help me like I had hoped. I checked on the manual after he had gone, and saw that there were other things he could have tried, but the bottom line was that he was right, and I had to buy a new computer. He was prompt, courteous, he explained things, and when it turned out there wasn't much he could do, we had a pleasant chat. I didn't pay more as he didn't take more time than the time limit on the big deal. He couldn't get into the computer system, because I couldn't remember my password, but when I looked at the booklet later, it said there was a way he could have reset the password, so I am not sure if he knew that.

The service went well. I was satisfied.

Called for a laptop problem - cutting out and shutting down without notice. Thorough on site check, unable to fix. Needed to wipe it clean and start from scratch. Took it away; returned it next day. Problem fixed.

They said they fixed it, but it was working worse after they did it. He basically just sat there and he didn’t explain or say anything. When we asked him questions he was just really short with us. He had no desire to interact. He said that he installed something, but we have no idea what it was because he didn’t tell us. They also arrived about 2 hours late.

The guy was great. On time. Did exactly what we wanted him to do. And didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

I have used them a couple of times. I think they try hard. They come on time.

It went real well. The guy knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently... and answered all my questions.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, informative and chatty. The modem turned out to be shot, so there actually was not too much that he could do on the first visit. He therefore offered a deep discount on a second visit, looked up and gave us a list of hardware to buy in preparation for that appointment. On the second visit he hooked it up, worked on the network, and very patiently explained things to my elderly -- and technologically very challenged -- father, for whom I had set up the appointment.

The tech Mike was great, very professional, nice, personable and informative. Obviously knows his stuff on a items besides what I was doing with him. He ran some diagnostics on my computer, recommended some other software, and memory upgrades. And I think he went over the one hour without any concern. I would recommend them in the future.

The gentleman arrived at my house very promptly. He was very professional and explained what he was doing, what he was finding and what my options were. He made suggestions and was very honest as to what I needed to do. I would definitely have them back again if I needed them.

Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to set up new wifi printer, scanner and fax in short time. He instructed us on how to use it and also gave us some tidbits on the use of our computer. I would use this company again.

The technician was on time and did the work as requested, but he wasn't very forthcoming about what I could do to maintain his work. In addition, he wasn't very personable when dealing with me.

They worked on my computer and now it does run faster. They also gave me alot of tips and information on buying a new computer or Ipad. The Tech that came to my house was very informative and courteous.
