The crew showed up on the date scheduled and got the work completed in two days. Quality of work was good. The clean up was also good. Anything I wanted changed or fixed he did without any questions asked. I would recommend them for any concrete work or replacement that you need in your home.

I have an 1880s home in MA and had Quick Brick come by to give me an estimate for either a roof repair or replacement. They offered a drone inspection but didn't provide one. They "measured" my roof size via an online tool but got it wrong, mixing it up with the neighbor's much larger roof, despite my warning that the neighbor's property is quite close. John, the salesperson, was polite but quite pushy, and seemed to enjoy adding to my anxiety and stress about the condition of my roof when I expressed concerns and discussed what I was witnessing inside my home. I felt pressured in two ways: first, John claimed that he had "leftover material" (*red flag*) from another job and could therefore give me a "discount", and second, he pressured me via text that the price would go up if I didn't sign right away. I received repeated Invoice2Go emails asking for payment up front, when I hadn't yet agreed to anything. I was crystal clear in person and via text that I was in the process of getting other bids. I got two other estimates the next day for 10k and 7k less, and informed him that I will not be hiring QuickBrick. I hope this will help others to be very careful about this company's sales tactics.

Very professional job...also fast and honest!

Although they have great online reviews, we experienced significant trouble. From the start, they pressed us very hard to immediately sign new contracts for additional expensive work. It's our fault for being gullible, but potential customers should be aware of this practice. While they did good work, they promised but failed to protect the stripped roof during a heavy rainstorm. Overnight water leaks destroyed two ceilings and damaged two other ceilings. Fixing this took two weeks and I spent hours after each repair session cleaning up plaster dust. After they declared the job done and left, we pointed out that they had torn up an 8-ft porch railing, left shingles and other trash blocking gutters and scattered across several flat roof areas, and completely covered over attic vent fans with plywood and shingles. Eventually they returned and fixed these problems, but getting to that point was a lot of work.

I called John after a very heavy rainstorm in need of immediate assistance. He responded quickly and installed a French drain. Unfortunately the drain did not perform as expected and we had a flooded basement. John responded immediately he and his entire team quickly helped with the cleanup and reinstalled another French drain. He is extremely honest and trustworthy-something rare these days. He stands by his work and will hang in there in challenging situations. I am confident that the additional drain will solve the problem and John is working to reinstall the basement floor and baseboards. I would highly recommend John and team-he stands by his work and will be with you until all the issues are completely fixed!

Sean was knowledgeable to guide us choosing the best way to waterproof our yard and driveway. When outside inspecting the premices with us, he also noticed repair needed on the roof. The workers worked very hard outside. Both projects were finished one time and look well done. We would hire Sean again.
