About us

Fire EscapeEngineers & Services is an Inspection and Repair company with a focus on Fire Escape needs and solutions nationwide. We started the Industry over 20 years ago and today we set the standard that others follow. We do this by offering free seminars nationwide to Fire Departments, Building Departments and Housing Inspectors. We also teach accredited courses. Most classes are videotaped and available free online on YouTube or Google by typing Fire Escape Seminar, Repair, or Inspection. We were featured on Channel 7 new report with Hank Phillipi Ryan on how 80% of all fire escapes don't pass inspection. We are changing awareness nationwide and our Fire Escape Confidence Test (the first in the US) is now copied or used as a model in many cities across the country. All our contractors are licensed and insured and have taken the EPA Renovator Certification required to work with LEAD. We are an EPA registered Firm. We have the largest Licensed Inspector and engineer team in the nation and can usually inspect within 3-5 days of a call. We can fly into any state and inspect if no one is available. One Engineer team is Lic in 42 states alone as well as Canada and Mexico. Our Fees are usually one third to one half the rate of most engineering firms. We offer a price match guarantee on all work as well as the only Ten Year Warranty on Repairs with ten free site visits to confirm Warranty. Our references include Harvard, MIT, Vassar, NYU and many management companies as well as owners of properties nationwide. References available upon request. 20% discount on Inspections and 10% discount on all work performed for Angie Members.
